1. Delivery Area We currently deliver within Lebanon only.

2. Shipping Fee A flat delivery fee of $4.00 applies to all orders, regardless of order size.

3. Delivery Time Orders are typically delivered within 2–5 business days depending on your location. Delivery times may vary due to courier availability or circumstances outside our control.

4. Order Processing Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after submission. No confirmation call is required — your order goes straight into preparation once placed.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Payment is collected upon delivery in USD or the equivalent in LBP at the current market rate.

6. Failed Deliveries If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, we will contact you via WhatsApp to reschedule.
